How does billing work?
Pro is billed monthly, on the 1st of each month. When you subscribe you pay for the remainder of the current month, with the subscription fee prorated. After that, an invoice is issued on the first day of each month for the previous month, so you always pay for what you actually used. Free and Non-Profit cost nothing and never ask for a card.
How are consents counted?
One approval equals one consent, counted the moment a signer reviews and approves on their own device. Free includes up to 999 a month and Non-Profit up to 9,999. Pro has no monthly limit and adds a small per-consent fee, from €0.01 per consent.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between plans whenever you like from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and every record you have already collected stays exactly where it is, fully readable.
What happens if I reach my monthly limit?
Nothing is deleted. On Free and Non-Profit you are simply prompted to upgrade once you pass the included consents for the month. Your existing records remain safe and accessible throughout.
